The AEF Interiors Team is growing! We are looking for a full time Senior Designer to join our team here in Newport Beach, California.

We're not an ordinary design firm. Built on bulletproof processes, consistent communication & the belief that chips and guac can fix almost any bad day, at AEF Interiors, we strive to make the process of designing homes streamlined, easy and dare we say, even fun. At our core, we are a team of independent thinkers with kind hearts, who believe in taking ownership of our work. We pride ourselves on a growth mindset and our ability to be nimble with all aspects of our design process.

We are looking for an addition who can bring a go-getter attitude coupled with a passion for design, and a willingness to roll with the punches! As our Senior Designer, you have an eye for the little details, a knack for beauty, and you excel at maintaining a hospitality-first mindset when working with clients. Under the direction of the Principal Designer, our Senior Designer will independently manage all aspects of our client design projects from concept to completion.

Skills & Experience

7-10 years of industry experience, 2 years in a similar role
proficient in autocad
experience in google suite + canva
Expert knowledge of construction materials + trade vendors
professional communication + customer service skills

Compensation

Location

hybrid work schedule. must be available to work in our newport beach, ca office a minimum of 3 days per week.
